Our CEO and chief editor Kevin offers a very unique perspective of our culture. Kevin, who got his start as an underground rap artist for over 20 years also ran a videography business, received a bachelors degree in English as well as ran a local nonprofit.
Lifeislyrical is all inclusive, but deeply rooted in black excellence as well as anti-bigotry, and anti-racism. Our mini documentaries are a means to celebrate the accomplishments of talented people, while encouraging a future generation of artists, leaders, and successes from all walks of life.
